My Skincare Regime

Finding a skincare regime that works for you takes a while, after about 8 years of changing products all the time I think I have finally found a cocktail of products that works well for me. I try to do this routine daily, but we all know that sometimes it really can be too much effort and on those off days I tend to be really lazy (which is not good for my skin). If you find a routine that works well for you then be sure to stick at it, even on those off days as your skin will thank you for it! (I am trying to make sure I stick to it too!)

Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover (Discontinued)
I must admit this product sometimes irritates my eyes, but I only use it when I have heavy make-up on so usually on a night out which isn't that often. The product removes all signs of make-up without leaving you with big panda eyes.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water | £2.99 | Link
This really is the best Micellar water out there (from the ones that I have tried). I reviewed this product previously here and I must say this product is great value and removes all excess make-up. I tend to use this on my 'lazy' days after the Simple Gentle Cleansing Face Wipes to ensure my face is clean but also during my routine before using Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish.

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish | £14.75 | Link
I literally love this product, it has been and will always be my favourite beauty must have. I have used this product for nearly 10 years so it really does show how amazing this product is. The Cleanse and Polish is a thick creamy cleanser which is delicate on your skin, you smooth and massage the product over your face and neck and remove with hot water and a muslin cloth. Using hot water helps open your pores which means the cleanser will work best as this will provide a deep clean.

Spa Find Dermabalance Face and Body Wash | £18.00 | Eden Hall Spa
I tend to use this when my skin is feeling a little congested and it needs an extra clean, I use it this in collaboration with the Cleanse and Polish to provide my skin with a little boost. This product can be used over the whole of your body and has a beautiful natural scent. It's suitable for all skin types as well as sensitive skin and it really does work wonders to help clear up any blemishes.

Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator | £14.00 | Link
I use this product once a week after I have cleansed my skin, you apply in small circular motions and remove by using a muslin cloth. This product is perfect for congested or flaky skin and helps remove dead skin cells whilst giving your skin a moisture boost. Liz Earle advise that this product is not suitable for sensitive skin however I get on with this really well for several years.

Liz Earle Deep Cleansing Mask | £14.50 | Link
I also use this mask only once a week following my Cleanse and Exfoliation. The mask is applied easily and sets after about 10 minutes. The mask helps draw out impurities to help balance the skin, I often use this just on any blemishes or imperfections when needed. Liz Earle also advise that this product is not suitable for sensitive skin but I get on with this product really well for several years.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic | £13.25 | Link
This product is great way to finish your skincare regime, using a toner helps close your pores whist refreshing your skin. The product has a natural scent and helps soothes and balance your skin, I often use this when my skin needs a boost of radiance or just to revitalise my skin.

Vitamin E Overnight Serum-in-Oil | £12.00 | Link
I use this product when my skin feels like it needs a moisture boost, as I have combination skin I try to stear away from using it every day. This product is a mix between a serum and an oil, once used your skin looks refreshed and radiant. In the morning my skin feels replenished and softer with a non greasy feel.

Spa Find Perfect Purity Dermabalance Spot Treatment | £11.60 | Link
This product has replaced my beloved Liz Earle Spot on which was sadly discontinued last year. With a cocktail of ingredients with anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties his product works wonders on blemishes, for a deeper treatment I apply at night and the product sets like a creamy white face mask and you remove the excess product in the morning and I instantly notice a difference.

Despite there being quite a cocktail of products, I don't use them all unless I need to, however even when I am using all of the products my skincare regime only takes around 15 minutes each time. It may seem like a long time but your skin really deserves it's daily dose of TLC.

What is your skincare regime? Are there any products that you would recommend me trying?
